Absolutely fed up with this nonsense!
I was told my refund would be processed in 7 working days—it's been over a month now! Every single day I follow up, and all I get is the same empty excuse: “Please wait 24 hours.”
This is nothing but mental harassment.

@UpstoxSupport Thank you for your response. However, it has already been over 25 days since the refund process was initiated. Even after excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, it's been well beyond the 7 working days mentioned in your refund policy.
