1. उसका नाम पता सार्वजनिक नहीं करना है,पहचान की गोपनीयता बनाये रखें।
2. मात्र 11 वर्ष की आयु में उसका सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट पब्लिक कैसे हुआ था ? कंपनी की जवाबदारी तय करना होगी।
3. अवैधानिक प्रोटेस्ट में बच्ची का उपयोग करने वालों पर JJ एक्ट का मुकदमा होना चाहिए ।
4. बच्चों के साथ सहानुभूति प्रदर्शित करें बड़े दिल से बिटिया को माफ़ करें यदि परिजनों ने बच्ची का दुरुपयोग किया है तो कानून से सज़ा दिलवायें।
5.बच्ची की सुरक्षा की चिता सर्वोच्च है वर्तमान स्थिति को देखते हुए उसे बाल कल्याण समिति /जेजे बोर्ड के माध्यम से बाल गृह में संरक्षण दें।

#WATCH | Delhi | National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) member Priyank Kanoongo says, "Over the past two days, many people have asked about the legal position regarding a 14-year-old minor girl who cursed God, the subsequent attack on her father, and the threats she is receiving It has come to light that the child had a social media account at the age of 11, an age unsuitable for such platforms. Furthermore, the hateful tweets posted through her account, or the rhetoric inciting animosity among different sections of society, are deeply wrong. This falls under the category of a crime. When a child is used to commit an offence, Section 83(2) of the Juvenile Justice Act applies, which entails imprisonment and a fine of up to Rs 5 lakh. Secondly, no one, neither journalists nor politicians, should disclose the child's name. I observe many so-called leaders repeatedly mentioning her name... They will all face imprisonment. After I raised this issue, many people began deleting their posts, but the offence has already been committed. Thirdly, using the child at a protest site also invokes the provisions of Section 83(2)... Those who use children for political ends to incite anarchy are the very same people who used to hand stones to children in Kashmir and place guns in the hands of children in Chhattisgarh, forcing them to commit acts of violence alongside Naxalites. These are the very people who use children as a shield to perpetrate violence. They are criminals, and it is crucial for the country to know, as we witnessed during the Delhi riots and the protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act, that they bring children from orphanages to exploit them. They are anarchists... Regarding the child in question: if a relative has misused the child's account or impersonated the child's identity, then Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice Act and Section 83 apply, and that person will face imprisonment... The child urgently needs protection under India's child protection mechanism. This girl must be immediately produced before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) or the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) in accordance with the law, and she should undergo counselling. The District Child Protection Unit in the area where she resides must take immediate cognisance of the matter and place the child in a protected environment... Section 2 of the Juvenile Justice Act stipulates that if a parent is declared incapacitated, we certainly would not leave the child in their custody... In all such cases, these children are classified as 'children in need of care and protection'... As for Saurabh Bhardwaj, and others like them, I would simply say: you may have a problem with me, my appearance, my religion, or my caste. Hold onto those views if you wish, but you must abide by the points I have raised based on logic and the law... If you have committed a sin or a crime, then instead of abusing me, channel your energy into briefing your lawyers because consulting with them will be crucial for you when legal proceedings are initiated against you."

I gave @Nishuazad11 (Nishu Aazad) a clear and polite opportunity to delete the posts that insult Hindu Deities, Bhagwan Shiv, Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Maa Saraswati, and Maa Durga.

She is a minor. That is why I first asked her, and through her, her father, to take the posts down instead of rushing to legal action. Neither she nor her father deleted those posts. The content remains public.

I was left with no option but to file a complaint against her and her father/guardian for this deliberate refusal.

Disagreement with someone’s faith is a personal choice. It does not confer a licence to mock, degrade or insult the Gods and worship of others.

Freedom of speech is not freedom to outrage religious feelings. Those who post such content, and those who allow a minor’s account to keep it online after notice, must be prepared to face the process of law.

कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु में एक जागरूक हिंदू को पता लगा कि बेंगलुरु के कई इलाकों में बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठिये रह रहे हैं और यह घुसपैठिये बेंगलुरु में रह कर भारत के आम नागरिकों को मिलने जैसी सुख सुविधा भोग रहे हैं |

जागरूक हिंदू पत्रकार ने पहले पूरे इलाके में रेकी करी और माहौल जाना कि मजहबी झोपड़पट्टी में अकेले जाना सही है या नहीं तो हिंदू पत्रकार की समझ में आया कि अकेले जाना बिल्कुल सही नहीं |

तब जागरूक हिंदू पत्रकार ने अपने विचारों के हिंदू एक्टिव इक्ट्ठे करे और साथ लेकर घुसपैठियों की झोंपड़ पट्टी में पहुंचा तो वहां का नजारा देख कर दंग रह गया |

झोंपड पट्टी में पहुंचा कर उसने देखा कि जानकारी बिल्कुल सटीक है और बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठियों की संख्या दस बीस नहीं बल्कि सैकड़ों में है और बहुत से बच्चे भी हैं जो हाल ही में पैदा हुए |

मतलब जिस बांग्लादेश में हर दूसरे दिन किसी न किसी हिंदू परिवार का नरसंहार मजहबी भीड़ द्वारा वहां के प्रशासन के सामने किया जा रहा हो | उसी बांग्लादेश की मजहबी भीड़ हमारे भारत में घुस फर्जी आधार कार्ड बनवा कर आराम से रह रही है | सुविधा ले रही है और डेमोग्राफी बदलने के लिए जनसंख्या बढ़ा रही है |

सबसे बड़ी बात कि जिस देश में आम नागरिक का कोई दस्तावेज बिना संघर्ष करे नहीं बन पाता हो उस देश में इन घुसपैठियों के लिए आधार कार्ड कौन बनवा रहा है | अब जाट एसोसिएशन अगर यह लिखे कि घुसपैठियों के वेश में यह बांग्लादेशी या पाकिस्तानी सेना की तरफ से भेजे गए एजेंट तो नहीं तो यह भी गलत लिखना गलत नहीं माना जाएगा |

इन विडियोज के सर्कुलेट होने और यह जानकारी प्रशासन तक पहुंचने के बाद कि बेंगलुरु में घुसपैठिये रह रहे हैं पुलिस पहुंची और पुलिस ने सैकड़ों की संख्या में घुसपैठियों को अरेस्ट कर लिया है | और जानकारी करी जा रही है कि आधार कार्ड किसने बनवाए |

अतः देश के जागरूक हिंदुओं से बस यही कहना है कि अगर कोई जागरूक हिंदू इनके गढ़ में पहुंच कर इनसे बात निकलवा कर लाया है तो यह हमारी जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि इस जागरूक हिंदू की जागरूकता देश के सभी हिंदुओं तक पहुंचाएं और सरकार से इसको सुरक्षा दिलवाएं |
