@IndiaPostOffice I would like to register as suggested but, your portal does not allow to enter booking date over 60 days whereas the present matter is over 3 years old. A complaint lodged on 16 Jul,23 was closed without resolution. Please reach out for further details.

@IndiaPostOffice Sec56 PO has already closed our complaint on 04/08 with remarks "Closed" without any resolution. Please resolve or I may have to lodge my complaint at citizen's grievance portal. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@IndiaPostOffice My brother-in-law struggling to get refund of undelivered money orders worth 20000/- for over a year. Total disregard of service at Sec 56 PO Gurgaon which can't trace my money. Is someone really accountable for client's hard earned money?

@IndiaPostOffice Everytime, we visited Sec56 PO, we were told to go to Main PO as they don't have records. We shall visit Sec56 PO only post your confirmation that our complaint shall be resolved by them as your earlier msg was indicating otherwise.

@IndiaPostOffice Your msg dt 8th Aug says that records are not available at Sec56. How will they now help us? We have already visited Sec56 many times only to get misbehaved with and refusal to entertain our complaint. Please reconfirm that our complaint shall be addressed at Sec56 PO.
