@venom1s Before a marriage girls or boys can lie that they did not have other sex partners. Marriage should include a legal document where they sign how many partners both sexual or romantic partners they had before marriage. During divorce use this for financial penalties.

@Schandillia Making final percentage public will encourage merit irrespective of the caste. Even if some one got bad neet rank , if they good during 5 year medicine they might be good doctor. GC doctors should start on this first. This puts pressure on every one to do good.
