To protect the rights and interests of LE SSERAFIM , we operate a real-time malicious post monitoring system and the HYBE artist rights violation reporting channel. Through this system, we have confirmed a recent sharp increase in malicious posts targeting Le SSERAFIM and individual members, including malicious criticism, slander, ridicule, and the spread of false information. These posts infringe upon the rights of artists.

Insulting and defamation of artists are punishable offenses under criminal law, and we regularly and irregularly take legal action against malicious posts in online communities. Anonymous posts and comments are also subject to this protection, and criminal penalties are continuously being imposed on the authors of such posts.

In particular, defaming an artist by presenting inaccurate facts or rumors as fact is a clear violation of the artist's character and is a serious illegal act. We recognize the seriousness of such illegal activities and are strengthening our monitoring of malicious posts and related legal action procedures to protect our artists.

Even after the previous notice of indictment, criminal penalties have been handed down against the author of the malicious post. We are fully cooperating with the investigative authorities during the investigation, including by clarifying the damages suffered by the artist and submitting relevant evidence, to ensure that the suspect receives a just punishment. In keeping with our principles, we will continue criminal proceedings without compromise or leniency under any circumstances, ensuring that the suspects are held legally accountable. We will provide further details on the status of our legal response at a later date.
