@Tripadvisoruk hi there, is there any update on whether the app will allow recent photos (rather than featured photos) to be added in the travellers photo section? Most people would like to see recent photos of hotels but at the moment the app prioritises featured photos.

@nikestore Thanks. Not sure why it’s ongoing to be honest when all the proof given should lead to an instant refund. I’m sure every other company would do the same. Just extremely poor customer service

@nikestore (continued) ..so how are you not processing a refund and how can you justify a screen shot that it’s been delivered to you with a policy that you don’t accept screenshots ? A joke of a company - I’m in the process of taking the matter further should I not get an email

@nikestore I returned an item which shows it was delivered back to you. Two of your online reps say they can’t refund as it hasn’t been received. The screenshot showing it’s been delivered to you was sent - they said we don’t accept screenshots. I’ve also sent proof of returns.
