The time is coming, let's rise together ❤️
Here's a recap of what we achieved 🔥
"Chainlink is the core platform that capital markets need to advance tokenization."
Check out Global Blockchain Business Council's (@GBBCouncil) 2023 Annual Report to see how Chainlink is unlocking three key use cases for capital markets.
Surprise, surprise. Developers are developing on Polygon protocols.
The 2023 @ElectricCapital Developer Report is here. A closer look at some of the data:
Over 485 million code commits, across 818k open-source repositories, were fingerprinted for insight into developer trends and behaviors.
The data shows Polygon PoS was the most popular chain for first-time devs, second only to Ethereum—a testament to the chain’s speed, affordability, and EVM-compatibility.
Special mention to Polygon zkEVM here ✌🏽
Data also shows that 2023 was the year of the multichain dev, with 30% of devs supporting more than one chain.
In terms of where those multichain devs are building, Polygon PoS was among the most cross-pollinated with Ethereum.
While the number of developers overall shrank, there are now 22k monthly active devs with a more global footprint.
It’s energizing to see the amount of activity happening throughout all blockchains in the Ethereum ecosystem, as well as the many builders deploying to Polygon PoS and Polygon zkEVM.
Huge shoutout to Electric Capital and the many community contributors who took the time to make this data accurate and legible. Here’s to even more developer activity in 2024.

Footage from 2013 shows 38-year-old David Holmes riding his motorcycle at 97MPH before crashing into a car travelling in the opposite direction. Emergency services were called and attempts were made to revive Holmes, but sadly, they were unsuccessful.
