@syncanonymous -23 or -16 LUFS aren't practical targets for mobile at all. Youtube uses approx -13 LUFS, Spotify uses approx -11 LUFS.

@syncanonymous IIRC all audio drivers are fixed point, so if your DAW master clips, gain adjustment in your interface software doesn't help
