Hello KLAYDICE (DICE) community, This is the KLAYDICE Team.

Today, December 10, 2025, we were notified by Bithumb that the DICE token has been officially designated as an Investment Warning Asset(거래 유의 종목).
We sincerely apologize for the concern this news may cause to all users who have supported and believed in KLAYDICE.

1️⃣ KLAYDICE Team’s Official Position on the Warning Designation
The KLAYDICE team takes Bithumb’s designation very seriously.

Since the beginning of the project, we have dedicated ourselves to building and expanding the P2E ecosystem. However, we acknowledge that the combination of

* increasing global regulatory pressure on P2E,
* weakened investor sentiment, and
* prolonged bearish crypto market conditions
has created significant challenges for our existing business model.

2️⃣ Immediate Response and Clarification Plans
Restoring the trust of our users is our highest priority. We are taking the following actions immediately:

🔹 Prompt Submission of Clarification Materials
We are preparing all necessary documentation to clarify Bithumb’s concerns and are fully mobilizing our internal resources to push for the swift reversal of the designation.

🔹 Transparent Communication
We will regularly update our community through official channels regarding:

* the progress of our clarification process,
* discussions with Bithumb, and
* any subsequent steps.
Our goal is to eliminate uncertainty and ensure full transparency.

3️⃣ Future Direction of the KLAYDICE Ecosystem: A Strategic Leap Forward
In response to the rapidly evolving crypto landscape, the KLAYDICE team has made key strategic decisions to reinforce the project’s long-term sustainability and enhance token value.
