If you and I were on the same side of #EndSARS six years back and today, you are campaigning for the people who murdered young people who were protesting for a chance to survive, you are no longer a person to me.
No matter how close we were, the moment you cross that divide, you are now my enemy and I will treat you accordingly on G!
1. There is something profoundly troubling about an African who has become so accustomed to the misrepresentation of his people that he begins defending the very stereotypes used to diminish them.
2. First, you claim this Bible was produced in the 1940s and 1950s, with its controversial cover introduced decades later.
3. Your evidence?
4. Random Grok posts.
5. But even if true, does a stereotype become acceptable merely because it has survived for decades?
6. You begin with "you people... in Africa."
7. Have you become another race, or have you simply learned to observe your own people through borrowed eyes?
8. You argue that Africa is known principally for deserts and savannahs.
9. What happened to ancient Egypt, Kush, Great Zimbabwe, Timbuktu and the Benin civilisation?
10. Why should another person's ignorance become your continent's identity?
11. Then you say colonialism ended 66 years ago.
12. Let me explain something.
13. Install Windows 7 on a computer and leave it untouched for seventy years.
14. Does time automatically upgrade its operating system?
15. Time does not necessarily change a programme. Deliberate intervention does.
16. Colonialism was not merely foreign administrators.
17. It involved institutions, education, cultural hierarchies and religious conditioning.
18. When people are taught to substitute prayer for problem solving, miracles for medicine, and prophecy for planning, intellectual development suffers
19. Mind you, this is not an argument against personal faith, but against surrendering human responsibility to supernatural expectations.
20. Then your extraordinary declaration: "Give a white man power, he develops his country. Give a black man power, he oppresses his brothers."
21. Were European wars, slavery, imperial conquest and dictatorships not products of European leadership?
22. Corruption is not genetically Black, nor is integrity genetically white.
23. Political independence frees a territory.
24. Intellectual independence frees its people.
25. And perhaps colonialism's most enduring tragedy is not that Africans were once told they were inferior.
26. It is that some like @samtiamorgan eventually believed it, repeated it, and began defending it as truth.
There’s so much envy
Do you know that a lot of journalists then were envious of DeleGiwa and they said they same about Dele Giwa that he didn’t go to journalism school
It’s not today that people have always been envious of people that never did journalism but have excelled
Thanks for award

"Whenever I remember that Monday Okoebholo won Asue Ighodalo and Olumide Akpata to become the Governor of Edo State, I kneel down and weep.
Asue Ighodalo and Olumide Akpata are two of the top 20 lawyers in Nigeria, if not top ten.
Distinguished themselves in academics, legal practice and business.
Asue co-founded Banwo and Ighodalo while Olumide helped build Templars with his cousin Oghogho Akpata.
For context,
Banwo and Ighodalo handled Dangote Refinery’s IPO and also the private placement. Deals worth billions of dollars.
Templars once won a $2.5 Billion case.
These law firms print tens of millions of dollars annually in earnings from just professional fees.
It would take a thousand Mondays to make one Olumide/Asue.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
Any day could have become the Governor of Edo State. Any day but Monday. 😑
My condolences to the people of Edo." Desire Meziem

@PHSailor1 They frustrated Niger Delta youths in the name of Niger Delta struggle whereby creating a chance to get to the top.
We can't have a good government without a good society.
"After so many years in Europe, suffering just to make money, I came back to my state and bought a piece of land for #65 million from the brother of an APC deputy governor aspirant in Edo State.
Now, he wants to sell the land to another person for N120 million, and he's telling me that I can do anything to him.”

"Nigeria is a shithole", but your supposed non-shithole country was a beneficiary of Nigeria taking all the bullets meant for it in the 70s and 80s, otherwise it might still be called "Upper Nyasaland" with cities named "Salisbury" and "Leopoldville", and you would still need written permission to leave your designated "Bantu reserve area" and travel to other parts of your country.
At least 3 Nigerian presidents have been murdered in office for protecting African interests, including one whose assassination was personally ordered by Henry Kissinger for leading an anti-apartheid vote at the AU against US instructions just 30 days before he was shot.
Name another country on the planet where 4 different presidents have been killed in office since 1966, and each of these assassinations was a foreign-driven operation. Nearly all of the limited freedom from direct colonialism that most Africans have today is a barge floating on a river of Nigerian blood - apart from DR Congo, which is nearly 3x bigger than Nigeria, no country on this continent has lost more people to foreign-backed wars and insurgencies.
Many of you have gotten way too comfortable casually disrespecting Nigeria because you are not aware of the terrible price it has paid to give you the limited freedom that you have. If Nigeria had spent all those decades acting like Kenya and collaborating with your enslavers, by now you would be in your Bantu reserve with no internet access reading smuggled magazines with photos of Lagos and Abuja, and it would look like a different world to the one around you.
Nigeria will not remain in its current debased state indefinitely. It will surely rise again and when it does, a lot of this casual disrespect towards Nigeria and Nigerians will be revisited. You will explain precisely what you mean by "Nigeria is a shithole" all the way from Mpumalanga.
Nobody is asking for any grace or help from you (which will never come anyway). You're just being notified.
WOW!! WOW!! WOW!!
There was another Math Competition, the Pan African Maths Olympiad (PAMO). The 2026 competition was just concluded in Ivory Coast.
Young Master Chifus from Nigeria decided to break a 20-year record. They did it in style.
Nigeria won 3 Silver & 1 Bronze Medals:
Chimfumnanya Aghaduno of Penny International School won a Silver medal.
Damaris Oyerinde of Ambassadors College, Ota in Ogun State won a Silver medal.
Luis Lu of Nigerian Tulips International College, the FCT Abuja won the third Silver medial.
Ikenna Enwere of BrightSun bagged the second highest score in JAMB’s UTME this year. He scored 370. Ikenna won the Bronze medial.
Chimfumnanya is the first Nigerian female to win a Silver at PAMO. She is the first Nigerian female with the highest score ever, at PAMO.
THAT’S NOT ALL. This marks the first time two Nigerian girls have won Silver medals. This is huge for Nigeria, & it was made possible by @SpecialMaths who tutored the children.
Their investment in these children over the years has paid off! I am so proud of them. These are the Diamonds we should celebrate.
Congratulations to our superstars, their parents, the teachers, & the schools involved.
