Qatar airspace being closed due to an American airbase being bombed. Yet nothing

Still not email or reply from @qatarairways @qrsupport not even on X… “best airline in the world” but their customer service can’t answer a simple question to help my insurance claim! All other parties replied with emails within 24hrs.. awful customer service

3 times in 2 weeks i’ve been told by @qatarairways @qrsupport that i’ll have an update in the next 24-48hrs on my VERY SIMPLE request to help with my travel insurance claim! “What is the official reason for my flight being cancelled?” how does that take weeks to answer?!
