Say what you want about @amazon but they are the only company to remind me of my subscription renewal instead of just charging me year to year. Their customer service is always fantastic as well. Guess there’s a reason they’re at the top.

They “rebook you” and say there’s a small additional fee for seat cost/flight price difference and take all your information.

@ScammerPayback was hoping maybe you can get the word out so other people don’t fall into this trap. Had to rebook missed flight so I googled and the #1 google response is a scam (at least the second number is). Thankfully I figured it out early and locked my credit card.

@SureAsMel @Airbnb I stepped on a nail at my @Airbnb two years ago. Went right through my foot. Proceeded to find a dozen or so more. Host said he would have “maintenance check next time they were out”. Needed tetnus shot and x-ray. Host refused to pay for medical bills.
