BREAKING: MI Justice System reveals significant cracks in its integrity as indicated by gubernatorial candidate Ralph Rebandt state-based pursuit of justice.

By law, if Ralph has 15,000 valid signatures he qualifies to have his name on the ballot.

Ralph submitted 18,214 signatures.

The MI SoS analyzed a "random" sample of 750 signatures and determined that 217 were invalid. That still leaves Ralph with 17,797 signatures. Until it is authoritatively determined that 2,798 of these signatures are invalid, Ralph Rebandt should still be eligible to have his name on the August primary ballot.

MI Jocelyn "we will come for you" Benson, who is on record as only following the laws which she agrees with, is attempting to apply statistical sampling methods in supporting of removing Ralph from the ballot. She has lied before about her "statistical sampling".

Case in point: She asserted that she had completed a statewide audit of the election results in 2020 election...but never did. 78 of the required ballot samples to validate her "Risk Limiting Audit" were never provided. Her false statement was used as justification for dismissing the Bailey v Antrim County lawsuit.

The only path to justice that remains for Ralph Rebandt is the federal court system. Peter Ticktin will now file a federal lawsuit on his behalf to get the wheels of justice rolling in the right direction.
