🚨 CONFIRMED: ICE detained a 2-year-old girl in Minnesota and put her on a plane to Texas despite a judge’s order requiring her release, per the Star Tribune.

A court order said release the toddler… and ICE said no.

This is state-sanctioned kidnapping with a boarding pass.

Our agents and crime scene personnel attempted to access the location but were blocked by @DHSgov personnel at the scene.
