My body bears scars from surgeries I never expected to endure. Scars that make me unique. And unique is beautiful.
I don’t know what your scars are, sweet friend. Maybe yours can’t be seen. But scars are not imperfections. They are survival stories waiting to be told!
Everyone stumbles. Everyone struggles. None of us have life fully mastered. But failure isn’t when we fall down. Failure is when we refuse to get back up. So, for all of us “frequent fallers,” let's trust God’s grace and look up. He will pull us up to hope and to try again.
Today’s a good day to let the names Jesus whispers over you sink in deep.
He calls you…
Holy.
Forgiven.
Precious in His sight.
The one He died for.
The one He loves so deeply.
The one He has a plan for.
The one He treasures.
Instead of giving up because we feel like we still have so far to go, we can celebrate the small victories!
Big things are built one brick at a time.
Victories are achieved one choice at a time.
A life well lived is chosen one day at a time.
No matter how impossible that miracle you are praying for seems, please trust that only God knows the full story. He is working. He is hearing and shifting and intervening and convicting and stirring and doing what only He can do.
