What i learnt about #training is:keep simple! It will guarantee regular #loads. For most of the people (also me) it is already challenging to keep the basics safe. But: It is in off to improve your #perfomance (at least if your goal is not #worldcup😜) but i still love details.😉
Conclusion of the last climbing days: the #overhang ist for the short, light and #strong. The #vertical to slightly overhanging #routes are easier for longer heavier #climber as you sometimes profit from your height. Gravity changes biomechanical conditions

Is continuing #climbing with #fingerpain safe?
While often dosed #loading of the #fingers can be beneficial, there are also reasons to have a complete break of climbing. As reasons of having pain are very various, there can only be solutions adapted to your personal situation!
