@TravelproIntl It took some time to get an answer to 1st email, but after that they approved my warranty claim quickly and I had my replacement in less than 3 weeks. Thanks Travelpro, it was pretty painless.
@TravelproIntl Ditto for me, neither, just a working suitcase and customer service that actually exists. I think you just have Tel. Lines that are unmanned and an inbox that never gets answered. 2nd suitcase to break in 2 years.

@TravelproIntl I bought new luggage for my trip. It died mid trip. Brand new. Should have bought the cheaper brand. Thanks for your lack of help @TravelproIntl now I'm tossing my brand new case and have to buy a new one during my vacation. #notbuilttolast
@TravelproIntl You know what's stressful on vacation? When your brand new Travelpro suitcase breaks mid travels, @TravelproIntl takes forever to answer and you're going to have to toss your brand new luggage mid trip bc the airline won't take it. Crap suitcase.
@AhmarSKhan My kid, the one who was stuck on train 55, is currently waiting for their return train which is currently 2.5 hours late. VIA website had the train already left Oshawa when it hadn't even left Union. The confusion and misinformation is the worst part.
