Originally left a great review about these rugs from @BedBathBeyond (formerly https://t.co/g0WczQttBy) Now one of the 5 rugs (same rug diff. sizes) has unraveled and BBB won't do a thing about it. Fortunately, they can be found via other outlets. @BedBathBeyond lost my bus.

@Delta decided to "eliminate" a flight from Paris to Seattle without informing their passengers. Better yet their apology is miles to fly with them again? Who does that serve the customer or the brand. Wouldn't even provide a Delta Lounge pass..(costs them nothing).

@AerLingus We like your flights and flight times. Rather than letting everyone board at the same time consider a group boarding process and keep track of how many carry-ons will require storage. It's a system issue.
@AerLingus you have a serious workflow issue w/boarding planes. 2x today it's taken over an hr to board your flights. Apologies are cheap. Missed our connection (due to a boarding free-for-all) think about all the money you'd save with a better process.
@westelm I am extremely happy to share that @westelm is making the situation right. It relieves me that I can continue shopping with all of their brands without hesitation. And no, they did not ask me to post this. Doing the right thing is always right! (that includes me).
