These people are not sasaengs. They are not obsessive fans either.

They are professional stalkers who make money by following celebrities.

People like this usually operate in one of two ways. Either they are hired to follow and film someone, or they do it because they know there is a market for whatever they manage to capture. As long as someone is willing to pay, they will follow celebrities, track private schedules, and sell whatever footage or photos they get.

This isn’t unique to Thailand. Similar cases have happened in China, France, and elsewhere. The common factor is always the same: someone is willing to pay for non-public content.

Which brings up an important question: who is paying for Lingling Kwong’s private videos and photos, and why?

None of this material has ever been released publicly, yet people continue to spend money obtaining it. If the goal were simply to follow an artist’s work, publicly available content would be more than enough. Yet some people seem far more interested in private moments that can only be obtained through stalking and long-term surveillance.

At this point, it’s hard not to wonder what exactly they are looking for. They keep paying, they keep searching, and they keep following her. Maybe it’s because they still haven’t found the “evidence” they hoped would help them attack Lingling or fuel new rumors about her.

As long as there is demand for this kind of content, this behavior will continue.

If CH3 is unwilling to investigate internal leaks and unwilling to take legal action against those involved, the situation will only get worse.
