@NLATA15 teachers, your school should have received the @albertateachers pull cards. Share the pull cards with who you think needs to see it BEFORE the election on May 29. https://t.co/nF5vLtKx62
@NLATA15 Teachers, it's time to unite and demand change. Attend a Public Forum and ask the candidates where they stand on public education. Share your stories and the issues facing our public education system today. #StandForEducation
So fitting that I am at a Women In Leadership Summit on my Mom’s birthday. She was a true leader in all aspects of her life. She was my person and continues to inspire me every day as I remember and reflect on her and her life. Happy Heavenly Birthday, Mom! Love and miss you!
Public $ should NOT be going to private & chrtr schools. Yet they get 70% funding from public $ AND can deny any students they feel aren't a good "fit."
Don't be fooled, the most recent "increase" to funding doesn't begin to cover the cuts they imposed over the last 3 yrs.

Didn’t have time to create something for my homeroom students at CLJH this year, but still put together a little present for each of them. Too bad the cold weather kept most home the past two days, but the bags will be here waiting for them in January. @nlpsab
Last December the wonderful @maclellangrace gifted me this Christmas tree. The East Coast themed ornaments made by her and her family. It is a treasured possession and I proudly display it again this year.
Such a thought provoking keynote by Dr. Dwayne Donald on Unlearning Colonialism and Renewing Kinship Relations @ata_pd Definitely going to look into a river walk led by Dr. Donald to engage all 4 parts - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. @nlpsab
