Certainly a bad outcome but I don’t think the changes were close to an optimal strategy- most xG based models say press for a 2nd goal

Hall’s deflected cross was more of an assist than Foden hitting a speculative shot that gets palmed into Savinho’s path

Or more of an assist than Bowen crossing it into a Bournemouth players hand resulting in a penalty
