@thegarybrecka Most people aging well refused a sedentary life,
They walk
Some do simple exercises
And above all, they embraced a life of purpose
They play with grandkids
They inspire the young generation
They travel to tour
Healthy people protect the BASICS
1.They walk.
2.They sleep.
3.They eat real food.
4.They stay curious.
5.They spend time with people they love.
Health isn't built by one big decision.
It's built by thousands of small ones.
THE NIGHTLY PURGE. 5 FLOWERS THAT DETOX YOUR BLOOD WHILE YOU SLEEP
1. Ditch your antacids. Put a dried chamomile flower under your upper lip for 5 minutes - it triggers a vagal reflex that alkalizes your stomach acid in seconds.
2. Your bone marrow is congested at 2AM. Saffron threads soaked in warm milk, rubbed on your feet, stimulate red blood cell renewal and iron clearance.
3. One drop of lavender oil on your tailbone dissolves fibrin plaques from your venous system. Wake up with lighter legs and no morning swelling.
4. Drink ½ cup of cold hibiscus tea with a pinch of cinnamon 15 minutes before bed. Your kidneys produce a nocturnal enzyme that breaks down oxalate crystals.
5. If you wake with metallic taste, your gallbladder is stagnant. Chew 2 dried rose petals - they release bile-flushing compounds that decongest your liver duct.
PSYCHOLOGICAL PERSPECTIVE 👇
Telling others about your goals causes your brain to get a small dopamine reward from their praise, encouragement, or admiration. That reward can create a false sense of accomplishment, making your brain feel as though you've already made progress—even though you haven't.
As a result:
You may feel less urgency to do the actual work.( Sounds familiar)
Motivation can decrease because part of the psychological reward has already been received.
You become more likely to procrastinate or abandon the goal(Sounds familiar)
The key idea is simple: celebrate your PROGRESS, not your intentions. Let your results speak louder than your plans.

The fitness industry makes BILLIONS convincing you that you need more.
More supplements.
More workouts.
More motivation.
In reality, most people would transform their health by mastering just five things:
1.Walk 8,000–10,000 steps daily.
2. Eat enough protein.
3.Sleep 7–9 hours.
4.Lift weights 2–4 times a week.
5.Stay consistent for 12 months.
That's it.
Health isn't complicated. Consistency is.
Save this. Revisit it in a year.

@Alpha_Prime__ Am glad you included the fatty fish because we were lied to when growing
They said fat is bad
But recent studies have shown the importance of fat especially unsaturated fats, that they may even be protective against cardiovascular related deaths
@thegarybrecka Not forgetting
Hot water bath at night has been a tool used by Japanese before going to bed for centuries
It is Not only associated with good and calm sleep but they claim it is a source of longevity
ENOUGH with the smoothies
And the blended juices with ADDED sugars
THEY LIED to you and I, they aren't healthy at all,
EAT THE FRUIT NOT THE JUICE.
The whole fruit has the fiber which prevents insulin spikes due to slow absorption into the blood steam
Fructose is the only sugar your liver processes exactly like alcohol.
Glucose gets used by every cell in your body. Fructose can only be metabolised by the liver, and in excess it gets converted straight into fat inside liver cells, the same pathway alcohol uses to cause fatty liver.
Do that daily with juice and “healthy” fruit smoothies blended into oblivion, and you are running a slow, sober version of alcoholic liver disease.
Whole fruit, eaten intact with its fibre, does not do this the same way. Blended and juiced fruit does.
Chew your sugar. Do not drink it.
