Completely appalled by KLMs customer service. They are withholding money I spent on a hotel and taxi due to their delayed flight and missed connection. It has been 6 months since I made a claim and still no compensation or refund! Unacceptable, do not fly with them😡😡 @KLM

Cannot believe the poor service we have received on @nationalexpress Where to start....
Firstly, the journey was delayed by an hour! Secondly, a dirty nappy blocked the toilet and filled the coach with a disgusting smell. One lady is being sick & hyperventilating worst trip ever!
