@UPS Not sure what uncontrollable event delayed package that now is considered lost...and no one can tell me whats going on. Funny thing is that customer service asks you to file a claim when you have no information for something that is an internal issue. bad customer service.
@BestBuy Pinole has a physical security problem and no one needs to go to this store until it is resolved. They have no onsite security and cannot keep their customers safe. Its unfortunate I remember when this Bestbuy first came and to see what it has turned into is a shame
@FedExHelp How in the world do you send half a shipment to someone even though the whole shipment came on the same truck. How is that a thing? I dread every time I see a big shipment come through FedEx San Leandro
@UPSHelp RIchmond, CA facility is the worst. Never deliver during daylight hours (routinely get packages between 7-10pm). I would be surprised if a package showed up at my door in between the 2-4pm window it says, and almost every package recently been delayed until the next day
