In graduate schools for psychology/counseling they do not teach critical thinking or analysis. They push you to cite a source for every idea. Unless someone in the elite academic class has already published it... it cannot be truth. They teach you how to cite a publication.. most of which are horrible research. They are not taught to critically analyze the research.. but to accept authors conclusions as truth. This is a huge problem
