July 28, 2026, in Brownsville, Texas, ICE agents were recorded appearing to ram a steel fence before tackling, dogpiling, and brutalizing a man. The footage also shows agents allegedly assaulting the witness who was filming the encounter.

A person was detained and assaulted by a group of men impersonating ICE agents near Woodburn, Oregon on July 17, according to state police and the FBI who are investigating the attack.

After being pulled over by an unmarked SUV flashing red and blue lights, the unidentified person was pulled from their car and placed into the SUV, where they were assaulted by a third man who claimed to be the “guard,” according to investigators. All three men were wearing facial coverings and tactical vests marked as police, and had fake law enforcement badges. The driver was held for around 20 minutes before they were released and drove themselves to the hospital, where they say they then received fraudulent text messages offering legal aid.

Community organizers say this is not the first incident of ICE impersonators attacking residents, and that these crimes will continue as long as masked federal immigration agents are authorized to detain people without identifying themselves, showing warrants, or being held accountable for their operations.

Dr. P.J. Parmar of Aurora Co, drove into his own property’s garage on a Sunday evening to unload equipment following a Boy Scout outing he led.

​What he didn't expect was to be met with a drawn firearm.

​Inside the garage sat Aurora Police Officer Justin Henderson, parked while writing a report. When Dr. Parmar tapped his horn to ask the officer to clear the path, Officer Henderson claimed he was startled and feared a potential ambush. He exited his patrol vehicle with his gun drawn demanding that Dr. Parmar show his hands.

​Rather than backing down, Dr. Parmar remained calm and stood his ground. He clearly stated that he was on his own private property, repeatedly instructed the officer to leave, and began recording the interaction.

​Although Officer Henderson eventually holstered his weapon, he refused to leave the property, demanded proof of ownership from Dr. Parmar, and called for backup. Undeterred, Dr. Parmar simply ignored the threats from the officer and went about his business carrying gear inside. Officers eventually left the scene without issuing any citations.

​Following the release of the bodycam, the Aurora Police Department conducted an internal investigation. Officer Henderson received a 40-hour unpaid suspension and was ordered to complete de-escalation training. Dr. Parmar publicly criticized the sanction as far too lenient.

​ Dr. Parmar subsequently filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against Officer Henderson and the City of Aurora, alleging illegal seizure, excessive force, and racially motivated mistreatment.

​ U.S. District Court Judge Charlotte N. Sweeney granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants and dismissed the lawsuit. The court reasoned that because Dr. Parmar never submitted to police authority and continued moving freely around his property, no legal "seizure" or unconstitutional force had occurred. However, the judge notably expressed deep concern over court testimony highlighting a pervasive "warrior mentality" in police training practices.

🚨BREAKING: A Ukrainian refugee was filmed being physically restrained by men in plain clothes, at San Francisco International Airport, who claim to be ICE agents.

In the video, she is terrified, begging them to talk to her, and begging the people around her for help as they try to handcuff her.

And we are all just expected to believe these men are ICE agents.

Even though they aren’t clearly identifying themselves, they aren’t explaining what is happening, and they aren’t showing proof.

They are just men, in plain clothes, trying to physically take a terrified woman away.

And the Republicans who support this are the same people who spent weeks exploiting the murder of Iryna Zarutska… a Ukrainian refugee killed by a Black man.

They plastered her face everywhere. They used her death to attack Democrats. They pretended to care about the lives of Ukrainian refugees.

But now, the Trump administration is hunting down refugees… including Ukrainians… and suddenly that concern about their lives has disappeared.

And this happens as the government tells you… if a group of men, in plain clothes, claim to be ICE… you are expected to blindly trust them as they drag you away.

Because we now live in a country where people are expected to gamble their lives on whether the strangers trying to take them away are actually who they claim to be.

And if you guess wrong, you could die.
