They didn’t pay big money to Doubs & trade for AJ Brown for them to not be the top 2 WR’s.. the 3rd would be Pop in the slot & that leaves the 4th spot for Kyle Williams who is emerging and playing well. At best Boutte would have been the 4th wide receiver
