Outrage is erupting after "Massachusetts man" Helohim Nedvaldo Francilme allegedly CLIMBED THROUGH A WOMAN'S WINDOW while she was ASLEEP and ASSAULTED HER...

...was given just a $1,000 bond

He has MULTIPLE prior arrests including for WHIPPING A WOMAN with a belt in his front yard!!!!

This happened at 2:10 in the morning on Pond View Road in Canton, Massachusetts.

She woke up to a stranger's hand on her ankle and a voice saying her name in the dark.

In her own words in court: "I was repeatedly kicking and screaming at him before running to my father."

She fought. She got away. She ran to her dad.

Police charged 21-year-old Helohim Francilme with breaking and entering at night with intent to commit a felony, and assault and battery.

He was ALREADY ON PROBATION when this happened!!!!

Probation since March... for breaking and entering, for negligent driving, and for assault and battery on a family member.

But that's not all, police records show he's been arrested at LEAST four other times since the spring of 2025.

In March, he was charged with allegedly whipping his own girlfriend with a BELT in his front yard.

In December, he was arrested for allegedly breaking into a SENIOR HOUSING complex.

Breaking into buildings.
Assaulting a family member.
Whipping a girlfriend.
Over and over and over.

And he was walking free... right up until the night a sleeping woman felt a hand close around her ankle.

Oh and guess what?

His attorney is asking for kindness because "Helohim" has had "mental health issues" and "does not fully understand the circumstances of the case".

NEW: DHS confirms that the driver arrested for killing three people in a hit and run crash in Salisbury, NC on Saturday is a Salvadoran illegal alien with prior convictions for reckless endangerment, failure to stop after an accident involving damage, and driving without a license in Maryland, plus an arrest for escaping from custody.

DHS says after his arrest for escaping from custody in Maryland in 2016, local law enforcement honored an ICE detainer and handed over Javiel Pena Sola to the custody of ICE Baltimore, but the Obama administration released him back into the country two months later.

Sola has now been charged with three felony counts of felony hit and run involving serious injury or death. He was found by a police K-9 after he tried to flee the scene of the crash.

Will entered the gates of Heaven after taking his final breath at 1245 am central time.

NONCITIZENS caught registered to vote in NJ went from 6,600 to 35,152, but now the software vendor has come out and stated that it was NOT a "glitch" and that the state of NJ APPROVES noncitizens who register to vote.
