@DrJeffCain In my master’s degree, I had several courses like this, especially for more project- and assignment-based classes. I really appreciated this format of grading! Very straightforward, took some of the anxiety about grading away, and gave me more agency in prioritizing my time

@ShivaniM_KC The discovery of NUDT15’s role in thiopurine metabolism/toxicity was only possible by studying in Asian populations. But NUDT15 polymorphisms are found in patients of other ancestries as well and are included in guidelines for dosing thiopurines in all populations

Impostor syndrome: “I don't know what I'm doing. It's only a matter of time until everyone finds out."
Growth mindset: "I don't know what I'm doing yet. It's only a matter of time until I figure it out."
The highest form of self-confidence is believing in your ability to learn.
So happy to now be engaged to the most supportive partner who believes in me even when I don’t, who challenges me to be my best, and who loves me no matter what. What a wonderful week celebrating!

Officially done with the first year of my masters program! @pittpharmacy and @PittPGx! Thankful for the opportunity to expand my knowledge and skills in working with genomic data to improve medication outcomes!
