🇨🇱 El fiscal Patricio Cooper ha decidido no continuar con la investigación por la fallida compra, por parte del Gobierno de @GabrielBoric, de la casa de Salvador Allende.

Su decisión deja sin responsables una operación que movilizó a más de 50 funcionarios públicos en un intento de concretar una transacción ilegal, que concluyó con el despido de Maya Fernández del Ministerio de Defensa y con la destitución de la eterna Isabel Allende como Senadora, poniendo fin a 31 años en el Estado.

Cuando hechos de esta magnitud terminan sin responsables, el mensaje que recibe la ciudadanía es devastador: La impunidad parece instalarse como una constante, cediendo ante presiones políticas, y debilitando la confianza en las instituciones, y en la propia Constitución

Claudio Orrego fue sobreseído a pesar que transfirió $1.680 millones a la Fundación Procultura, de los cuales se recuperaron solo $ 1.000 millones por seguros, y hoy sigue como Gobernador.

Rojo no tiene redes políticas, no tiene para contratar un buffet de abogados, Jadue y Orrego son de la élite, pagan numerosos y los mejores abogados y tienen respaldo político.

Así es la justicia en nuestro querido Chile.
