@SpotifyStatus my boyfriend upgraded to Student Premium and have been verified by SheerID and his credit card has been charged...but he cant access the premium features. PLEASE HELP!

@SpotifyCares Unfortunately, it didnt work. He also uninstalled and installed again, that didn't work either. He tried the steps in the support article from the website and has had no luck. ☹️
