@farmerdan97 In my mind it’s a fair and collective way to spread on family legacy without making it overly complicated and making sure no party gets shorted in the end. That’s what I’m doing in my world anyway, right or wrong!
@farmerdan97 I’m taking the appraised value plus 3.5% interest.. my payments are set in stone the owners depending on inheritance tax are free of tax obligation or if still alive can use stepped up basis to live on the revenue of the property and I get to use the interest on my end.
@LouieDN I got one as a one in October. With 7700 miles on it’s doing about 20, and that’s with a lot of short trips back and forth from the farm to town and plenty of idling. If you get it out on a nice drive I’ve had it up to 35. You step on it on the interstate about back 22
