9/ It's clear that there are still many unknowns in web3 investing. The next generation of founders and investors are still writing the rules for the technical revolution that decentralized cryptography is ushering in. Read my latest article here:

1/ Firms lost a ton of money on FTX and others during the crypto winter we find ourselves in. To recoup these losses, they're gonna invest in new crypto startups.. ideally ones that create *real* value. Read on to learn how investing in equity and tokens can de-risk an investment

1. Set up separate funds for equity and token investments. Pay LPs back on different timelines bc of liquidity cycles
2. Reinvest profits from token sales as part of the same fund to take advantage of compounding interest (aka before sharing profits with LPs)
Something I wish I realized earlier:
Listening to 10-15 minutes of a podcast while on the go is a missed opportunity to be alone with yourself in presence. Not every moment needs to be filled with content.
You'll be surprised what you can learn in silence.
Women are superheroes.
I can’t get over the way we have things like PMS, periods, infertility challenges, reproductive health concerns, pregnancy issues, miscarriage, menopause, etc and we are expected to just ✨live✨.
Just watched a male VC congratulate a male founder *countless* times during a demo day about becoming a father. Don't think I've ever seen that happen to a female founder 😵💫
In summary, some of the things founders need to be successful:
1. Therapy
2. Coaching
3. Exercise
4. 8 hrs of sleep
5. Wellness
7. Friends
What else would add?
