@AerLingus We missed the @AerLingus flight as @British_Airways flight was delayed. @British_Airways said suitcase is in Dublin, @AerLingus said still in Heathrow. Am just wondering are there any unallocated suitcases in Dublin airport that I could check through?

@NiallKellyCork @British_Airways I was there mid august and there was no luggage there from July when mine went missing. They said there were more cases in a room upstairs but wouldn’t give us access to it . Mine is missing 8 weeks now 😑

@NiallKellyCork @British_Airways Hi Niall. There is no swissport warehouse . The warehouse is Sky Handler Partners and BA or AerLingus are not included in this. I went to airport T1, there’s is a Swissport phone that you ring on and they’ll come out and escort you through security and into baggage hall .

@CAIT07217173 @NormaBa33509708 @DublinAirport I have no luggage since 19th July. Yes I gained access to the warehouse and got through security( bring your passport) to baggage claim but still no luck. My claim is with swissport

@AerLingus @British_Airways . Can you please look into this?????? I was told over the phone by one of your staff members that my case was in Dublin , yet @AerLingus advised via DM on Twitter it is still in heathrow . Where is my CASE ?!?!

You call swissport on the phone in T1 and they come out and escort you through security, they stay with you while you search . They said they have cases upstairs too which we’re not allowed see. The guy who escorted us also kept warning us not to get aggressive with him!!!
