@AerLingus our baggage has been missing since July 19th. The tracking site says it was put on a flight from Dublin to glasgow on the 21st but it’s not been delivered and glasgow have not got it. Tracking number is GLAEI12476. Can you look into this and get the bag to me asap.

@AerLingus I got an email today to say our bag was being delivered but instead of a suitcase, the delivery company tried to give us a wheelchair. This has now been over 3 weeks since you lost our bag.

@HunterBoots i ordered of 3 pairs of boots and 4 jackets. I now want to send some items but the box you sent them in is too big to send back via collect+. I’d like to send it back via dpd but hunter told me there’s nothing they can do to refund the cost. This is poor service
