Utah is not a conservative state and a huge part of the reason is that the voting system is so corrupt. Illegals are most definitely voting. It is all by mail and you sign up to vote with your driver’s license or ID card. And illegals can get a DL. Utah even offers the test in a variety of languages. It is really bad.
