@RoyalMailHelp paid for a mail redirect back in October as was moving house. Didn't receive anything from the old address over Christmas period which was strange. Today recieved two pieces one dated the 18th October.... Why charge for redirect if you aren't doing it!

@BierCompany Does anyone ever answer your phones throughout the day. Tried phoning 4 times to cancel my subscription and noone answer. Also emailed 4 times with no response it's ridiculous!
