@parcelmonkey I was meant to receive a £27 refund from you as no one came to collect my parcel, I then sent it through Royal Mail, I have sent you proof of receipt and got told I would get refund 3-5 days, it has now been 17 days! Iv sent numerous messages and no replies?!

@parcelmonkey Shipment number was PM8305284 someones messaged me on your website saying the order was cancelled but someone has signed for it on 19th May that’s why I carnt have a refund, no one could have because I sent it myself with Royal Mail?
