@montezumachavez was there a CJEU decision on anonymisation as well? I just recalled the AOL decision from 2018 I think to release some data for research mentioned on #lexcybernetica.
@montezumachavez Thanks. I am not familiar with the details of this case, on AOL? Is there an official definition of anonymity in data protection law? The term is used a lot but I am missing more nuanced discussion of its scope and what it actually means from a practitioner's point of view.
I enjoyed Lee Tiedrich's piece on Law & AI but there is a lack of information on what the average citizen can do and how they can find out: 1 What data is out there and 2 how it is already being used by AI.
We need more transparency. #AI#GDPR

@montezumachavez It's actually a standard, which contains guidance on interpretation/implementation based on the Chinese text (disclaimer have not read the full text just glanced at the cover)
Happy Saturday! This #InternationalWomenDay, we continued to stand in solidarity with all the women in the world and today is Day 6 of our reflections on what IWD means to us.

@PatriciaMary@INakamitsu @BWallaceMP @ChrisCoons@VMantels There were different types of nuclear sharing arrangements, types of nuclear cooperation historically. I still find the (historic tabled proposal) to share French and UK NW for European defence fascinating.
@LuizaJarovsky I am a big fan of the EU civil servant rule outlawing all kinds of psychological harassment if I understood correctly, maybe we need more similar national legislative initiatives on this.
