@educator4ever36 My district has decided to up each caseloads AND replace ALL part time special education teachers in the resource room with full time paraprofessionals! I can see the lawsuits already!

@educator4ever36 Just have them spend the day in the classroom as a wall flower, I mean have them observe ALL DAY! Not 30 minutes or maybe an hour! All day! It will be clear what teachers are dealing with all day long! And let me tell u, academics isn’t number one. The entitlement is b/c parents

Many states like mine have made small steps to support our students. By next school year, k-3 schools. Need to implement dyslexia/literacy screening on all k-3 grade students .

I believe My dedication and time doesn’t make me unique, most of my colleagues are like me.
