@JasonCarpentier @NOLACityPark Finished “Phosphorus- the Devil’s Element.”Many case studies of the effects of agricultural runoff, waste water issues, etc. Water going from Oligotrophic to Eutrophic. Can’t guess the cause in your case, but this book is a great read.
