I have an investment account and live in Greece. I’ve contacted customer service about allowing us to invest in ETFs. I understand the issue with KIDs not being in Greek, but other brokers offer this option. Can you address this or shall try other brokers?

@Trading212 i have been trying to transfer my stocks to another platform a long time now and I keep seeing this message that this feature is not available and that it would be available in Q1 2024 then it became Q2 then Q3 now its Q4 and still im not allowed... CS team is rubbish
They keep lying to me that they do their best they give me an expected date and then they keep delaying it all the time. I'm wondering what kind of professional platform operates this way???
