With due respect, you know me personally, and I come from a Congress family. For the past 10 years, driving through Trivandrum, I have rarely seen the police stopping vehicles or unnecessarily inconveniencing the public.

But a few days ago, when I went to the railway station to pick up my son arriving by Vande Bharat, I witnessed two vehicle checks within just 3.5 km—one opposite Sri Moolam Club and another near Vellayambalam, close to Pittapally Shop. In both cases, the vehicles being checked were family cars.

For 10 years, I could return from Lulu after a late-night movie without being stopped or questioned. Why has this suddenly changed?

When UDF comes to power, should ordinary citizens really have to face this kind of policing on the roads?

Hi,

I had sent a courier to my daughter in Coimbatore on 30.07.2026 from your Ambalamukku office in Thiruvananthapuram.

Today, on the 5th day, my daughter and her two friends have been trying to contact your various offices, but unfortunately, nobody is answering the phone. Based on the information provided by your Thiruvananthapuram office, they went to a nearby office and were informed that the parcel had been sent to an office nearly 20 km away from the city, in a very remote location.

I fail to understand why a parcel sent from Thiruvananthapuram to Coimbatore has ended up at an office so far outside the city. They are going from one office to another in Coimbatore trying to locate this parcel.
They have now gone to the Central Office in Kovai in the hope of finding it.

This is extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially since the parcel is urgently required.
I request you to kindly trace the parcel immediately, confirm its exact location, and arrange for its delivery to my daughter at the earliest without any further delay.
