Our code of conduct & ethics as professional service providers is our reputation. Can someone PLEASE tell the SME’s out there it’s a 2 way street.

I love when people give you “free advice” when they have never actually done it. Unless you have experience in something you shouldnt actually tell people what they should do.
Agree. #Kindness is my word for 2019. Kindness is the opposite to weak. It's easy to to fall into the trap of being jealous, angry and even disappointed but being kind can take real strength and determination sometimes.
It's a new year - don't start it off with clients expecting more than they can afford. Your business is not a charity. It's there to help others succeed in business & at the same time cover your costs plus some to live the lifestyle you deserve.
