@Sell_on_Amazon If the SAFE-T team had actually helped, I wouldn't be posting here. I keep receiving template replies despite submitting all the evidence. It feels like claims are being rejected automatically without any human review. I only ask for a fair manual investigation.

I hope Flipkart also shows the same level of concern by thoroughly reviewing the evidence I submitted instead of repeatedly rejecting genuine claims.
@flipkartsupport I received a fake return instead of my original product. I shared everything you asked for—the VMS packing video, return unboxing video, photos, and shipping label. Still, my SPF claim was rejected with different reasons each time.

As a small seller, you carry the risk, but often have little support when things go wrong. Invest your time and money where your efforts are valued and your business is protected.
If all this evidence is not enough, then what is the purpose of asking sellers to record packing videos and submit proof?
Please review my evidence properly instead of sending template replies. Small sellers deserve a fair investigation.
@amznsellerhelp No it is very hard to survive with amazon as a small seller. Fake orders fake return and safe-t claims are being rejected with templated replies. All your policies are against seller.

What is the purpose of raising a suspected order alert if Seller Support simply ignores it?

I have not raised a claim yet because, in my past experience, if a claim is rejected or partially approved, it becomes very difficult to get the decision changed even with evidence.
