But because I have to find some humor somewhere, I also learned in training that another term for goose bumps is piloerection and am now adding piloerection to my vocabulary.

Today I completed NARCAN training. As a resident of the 2nd leading state for opioid overdose, I’m now prepared to recognize and respond to an overdose - potentially saving someones life. Thanks @ArkBlueCross!
