Part1: Deeply disappointed with my experience at @WestinPune. After checking out at 3 AM, I received a call demanding payment for crayon marks made by my 3-year-old child. What followed was even more disappointing. @MarriottBonvoy@Marriott
Part 2: The crayons had been provided by the hotel. No attempt was made to clean or dry-clean the marks before I was told the entire sofa cover needed replacement. These were crayon markings, not broken furniture or deliberate damage.
