SOUTH AFRICA WAKE UP. Also don’t forget to reject the Digital IDs @Leon_Schreib is pushing so hard for please 🙏
Reject Digital IDs if you love yourselves
🇿🇦We have warned many times that the debts owed to foreign platforms are going to be used as leverage to control the country‼️
It's done ! Home Affairs Department is officially under the directives of the UNHCR. South Africa owes lots of money to UN connected financial loan schemes and therefore, as loan stipulations dictate, interference in South Africa's home affairs requires that the Dept of Home Affairs be used for alleviating UN problems in settling refugees.
It's in the loan stipulations. Where have you seen a R500billion loan repayment at 1%? Clearly the other repayment condition is intrinsically hidden in the fine print to include using Home Affairs Department for globalist agendas.
After removing our immigration laws now they are on track to change the labour laws to ensure that refugees and asylum seekers are no longer considered FOREIGNERS and have the same rights we do!!!
South Africans need to understand this, we cannot reverse the effect of a Constitutional Court judgment from Twitter. The next battleground is Parliament!!!!!!
The Constitutional Court’s ruling has implications for the legislative framework governing asylum seekers, and the legislative response now matters. Parliament has the power to scrutinise, amend or reject legislation, initiate legislation where constitutionally permitted, hold the Executive to account, question Ministers, demand answers & documents,& use its committees to interrogate how government intends to respond to the judgment. The public can also make written and oral submissions and petition Parliament. (Constitutional Court of South Africa)
So to every political party that tells South Africans “we put South Africans first”, this is your moment. ITS TIME FOR YOU TO SHINE!!!!!
Not another hashtag. Not another angry Facebook post. Not another speech at a rally!!!!
Go to Parliament!!!!!
Scrutinise the proposed legislation. Challenge provisions you believe are harmful. Table amendments. Demand answers from the Minister. Call for evidence. Use the relevant committees. Make your position part of the parliamentary record. Mobilise your MPs. & the existing legal framework needs to change, put forward a lawful legislative solution!
@HermanMashaba@Action4SA@GaytonMcK@IFP_KZN@IFP_Indlovu@OnsBaizaNie@ATMovement_SA@OperationDudula@ZungulaVuyo and every other political organisation campaigning on stronger immigration enforcement!
Now prove it.
Because saying you stand with South Africans is easy when you’re behind a microphone or a keyboard. The real test is what you do when you have a seat at the table
If you genuinely believe South Africa’s immigration and asylum system needs to change, use the powers available to you in Parliament and show South Africans exactly what you are prepared to fight for within the Constitution and through the law!
South Africans are watching.
If you say you stand for South Africans, now is the time to prove it 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦
While other countries work towards growing their economies, South Africa imports poverty & chaos from abroad.
Govt literally borrows money to feed the world's poorest.
The result of this is found in the book CONFESSIONS OF AN ECONOMIC HITMAN.
Good luck South Africa.
Guys they want the Minister to have the power to set and enforce foreign nationals employment quotas & exemptions.
We cannot allow that to happen!
The qoutas, exemptions and skills-transfer must be stated clearly in the Act.

SA First Forum Gives Home Affairs 14 Days To Account For Undocumented South Africans
The SA First Forum has given the Department of Home Affairs 14 days to account for millions of South Africans who remain without identity documents.
In a letter to the department, the forum, the legal arm of March and March, launched in August by Jacinta Ngobese-Zuma 1says about 4.4 million citizens remain undocumented.
The forum is demanding the current number of undocumented citizens, reasons why they remain without IDs, a plan to document them within 90 days, and a breakdown of spending on the asylum and refugee programme.
It argues that state resources are being directed towards non-citizens while South Africans remain without basic identity documents, citing the Constitution and the Identification Act.
The figure is based on a parliamentary disclosure by Home Affairs Minister Leon Schreiber, which showed that 4,432,923 people aged 16 and older did not have a green ID book or smart ID card in November 2025.
By 12 August 2026, the number had fallen to 4,055,569.
Schreiber has not committed to clearing the backlog within 90 days. On 1 October, he said a campaign to document every undocumented citizen is planned for the 2028/29 financial year, with completion targeted for 2029.
Home Affairs had not responded to the forum's demands at the time of publication.
Deputy Chief Justice Mlambo is an advocate for refugees in his personal capacity. How can he be expected to interpret immigration laws without prejudice that favours his beliefs? @ConCourtSA#nationalshutdown
