Shout out to our friends from Lynchburg City Schools Empwerment Academy!
They took some time in December to spread some holiday cheer by cleaning up around their school. Thank you Empowerment Academy!!

What an amazing day! We were able to take some students out with the JRA and learn about macroinvertebrates & test the water quality of the James! I’m so proud of our amazing kids who were willing to go on an adventure and overcome their fear of water! They had a blast! #Warriors

Ms. Kidd’s class would like to thank Mrs. Marano from Little Dickens for coming to give inside info about popular authors & titles. Did you know that the author of “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” was written by a man that was riddled with guilt from being a bully when he was in school?

Today, Miss Phillips’ science class used UV color changing beads to determine which sunscreen was the most effective!☀️The beads changed color in the light that was not blocked by the sunscreen on the bags. #Warriors #ReadyandWilling @LCSEDU

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK. When two students saw that two of their peers were struggling with Miss Phillips’ assignment, they came to assist. BE KIND❣️ #Warriors #ReadyandWilling @LCSEDU
