@keegan23122@scripts145@on_europe@kilotonics He did do that. They both signed right away, and then ian allegedly broke the settlement agreement. Up to judge to determine if Ian did or didn’t.
@on_europe@kilotonics Like I mentioned before, you can’t just drop the lawsuit without terms made. If not the defendant can request legal fees or Ethan could sue again. The agreement prevents both. Ethan dropped the lawsuit. Ian agreed. Then Ian disagreed after agreeing.
@on_europe@kilotonics In Canada you need to agree on terms when ending a lawsuit or else either side can be held liable for lawyer fees. Can you point out where Ethan lied about dropping the lawsuit? The agreement is to drop lawsuit, which both parties agreed to. Seems like Ian the one stopping it
@on_europe@kilotonics You arguing with a ghost my dude. You replied to my comment saying Ian satisfied the requirements when I just provided you evidence he didn’t. Ian is the one who agreed to the terms to end the lawsuit 🤷
@on_europe@kilotonics Ethan left this comment on June 15th. So if you understand time, this took place BEFORE an agreement on ending the lawsuit were made
@on_europe@kilotonics Then you really can’t read. The document states that the agreement was for a July 2nd livestream where Ian denounces snark and his participation. Then Ian reneged on the agreement
@babablas4@nicholasdeorio Maybe use some reading comprehension. Ian’s lawyer said they agreed to say snark is bad on a July 2nd livestream. Ethan agreed to it as well, and then he never did it
@umapalma01 Although I think your obsession with Ethan is weird, I’m glad you have the morals to call out that freak even though he agrees with your Ethan hatred
@CustardDevin Capitalize by donating money to charity in Oliver’s name?? Do you even read what you type before hitting send or you just that mad at your own life you gotta try to do harm to others
